The regular monthly meeting for the HTR board will be held on February 26 at 4:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held in the HTR office conference room.  This is an open meeting; anyone is welcome to attend; however, if you would like to be added to the agenda, please call Heather at 620-253-8464.
