LABOR DAY RESERVATIONS FOR 2021-PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY.
The 2021 annual permits, as well as 2021 camp reservations are ready for purchase on Labor Day, September 7, 2020! Our office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
*To make 2021 reservations, come in or call the office. In person reservations will be taken before phone calls. The utility sites and cabins/yurts will be up for 2021 reservations beginning September 7, 2020. Annual Camp permits cost $250.00 and will be good from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. The camper will be responsible for the $15.00 utility fee booking for the 2021 season. REGULAR CAMPING WEEKENDS (NOT HOLIDAYS OR FESTIVAL) REQUIRES A TWO-NIGHT STAY WHICH MUST INCLUDE A FRIDAY/SATURDAY OR A SATURDAY/SUNDAY NIGHT STAY. HOLIDAY WEEKENDS REQUIRE A FOUR (4) NIGHT RESERVATION.
*RESERVATIONS FOR CAMPING WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FROM May 1, 2021 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2021. BEFORE AND AFTER THOSE DATES, CAMPSITES WILL BE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
*Cabin, and yurt reservations will be required to pay the $150.00 deposit for each weekend booked. HorseThief-the Lodge reservations will require the $500.00 deposit due upon reserving.
*HOLIDAY WEEKENDS (INCLUDES MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, INDEPENDENCE DAY WEEKEND AND LABOR DAY WEEKEND) must be paid in full when reserving. $15.00 per night for those that purchase annual camping permits (our utility fee) and $30 per night for those that choose not to purchase annual camping permits and annual vehicle permits. HOLIDAY CAMPSITES REQUIRE A FOUR- NIGHT STAY. ON HOLIDAYS, CABINS AND YURTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO HAVE A THREE CONSECUTIVE NIGHT STAY.
Also, please note that if you reserved a campsite or lodging unit, and do not arrive within 24 hours after your scheduled time of arrival, we will cancel your reservation unless you’ve made prior arrangements through the HTR office. HTR has a STRICT refund policy, so be positive of your reservations.
**Cancellation Policy – Canceling Campsites/Lodging Units 15 days or more prior to arrival results in a refund minus a $10.00 transaction fee. Canceling 14 days or less will results in no refund given.
**HorseThief the Festival weekend utility sites and cabins/yurts will be for sale on May 1, 2021, like always. Festival camping cannot be reserved on Labor Day.

**All reservations MUST BE PAID IN FULL at time of reservation. This includes ALL annual permits, all camping and all utilities.
**As per Regulations – There shall be NO BUYING, SELLING OR TRADING CAMPSITES BY PRIVATE PARTIES. ALL CAMPING RESERVATIONS, PERMITS AND OTHER FEES MUST BE MADE THROUGH HORSETHIEF RESERVOIR. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO REFUNDS! ANYONE FOUND BUYING, SELLING, TRADING CAMPSITES WILL BE REMOVED FROM RESERVATION LIST FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR.
**PLEASE BE COURTEOUS OF OTHERS IN LINE FOR RESERVATIONS.
**PLEASE have your weekends and campsite picked out before getting in line. This will keep the process moving and everyone back to their weekend fun quickly!

Please remember we do not have online reservations. You can make your reservations in the office or by calling 620-253-8464. If calling, please be patient as we will take care of those in the office first.

THERE WILL NO LONGER BE A WAITING LISTS FOR 2021 UTILITY CAMPING – THEY WILL BECOME FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE IF SOMEONE SHOULD BE A NO SHOW OR WOULD CANCEL.
GENERATORS WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED.
